Overview
We are looking for a data entry/order processor to join our clients team in Biggleswade. If you are organised, accurate and enjoy being busy we want to hear from you Your responsibilities: Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information Working on different inboxes to process orders from clients Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. Updating customers via email and phone Provide excellent customer service Experience Requirements: Must have worked in an office environment Have experience handling a high level of information accurately Organised Experience delivering excellent customer service through emailing and telephone Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
