Regional Transport Manager Crewe £38,000 - £42,000 Benefits Role Profile: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Regional Transport Manager who thrives on working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. The purpose of this role will be to lead, direct and manage the transportation function; developing, implementing, and managing the company's fleet processes, while ensuring efficient and effective processes and systems to support current and future business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the compliance management team to hit all regional targets, which meet the company, client and customer expectations Drive and take ownership for continues improvement. Analyse reports to identify compliance failure points. Solving issues, dealing with couriers and identifying consistent patterns and measures to improve. Looking for ways in which to reduce cost and improve service, ensuring the site meets budget commitments by closely managing controlled costs. Regional budget control Skills: Proven ability to be productive and self-motivated Ability to drive a team to achieve targets and KPI's Problem solving and planning effective contingencies Competent negation skills. Good understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the ability to create spreadsheets and pivot tables to analyse data.
