Overview
Are you looking to progress your career in Care? We are looking for a Scheme Supervisor to support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of two Extra Care Schemes in Stevenage. Your role will be to support the Registered Manager working with the teams at Silkin Court and Fred Millard Court. You will be responsible for liaising with residents and regularly working with next of kin and a variety of other stakeholders in the pursuit of great quality care and customer service, satisfaction and creating person centred outcomes for our residents. You will need to have experience in a health and social care environment including an L3 qualification or equivalent in health and social care. Agincare also offer further training opportunities for those that wish to progress. You will require good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and a good understanding of IT including the use of Microsoft office. You must also be willing to learn and a good team player. You will need to be a driver who has access to a car for work so that you can move between the schemes as required.
