An exciting opportunity has arisen to Manage 2 Extra Schemes in Stevenage Agincare are looking for a dymanic person with a history of management in a social care setting to oversee the management of Silkin Court and Fred Millart Court in Stevenage. About you An experienced manager, you will have a track record of attaining success. You're an inspiring leader with strong communication skills who can get the best out of people. If you've worked in Extra Care or Domiciliary Care, fantastic - but it's not absolutely essential. It's more important that you can lead a team and establish outstanding customer service. Organised and ready to adapt to challenges, you have the expertise you need to provide a professional, safe and high quality care and support service, meet targets and tackle day-to-day operations. Requirement of the role This is an excellent opportunity and challenge if you have the skills we are looking for: Ideally you will be qualified to NVQ 4, Health & Social Care Level 5, or suitable alternative, but if you don't we will support you to achieve this. Have previous experience managing a large and diverse team and the ability to hit targets.
