Overview
Lettings Administrator - Willesden Green Salary £22,000 - £25,000 (pro rata for a part-time position) We have a great position to join a well established estate agents who pride themselves on being part of the local community. As a Lettings Administrator you will be a vital part of the smooth running of the Lettings department offering assistance with general administration including producing documents ready for new lettings and producing advertising and marketing materials. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with even minimal experience working within an estate agency/lettings environment. You will receive full training and support which will enable you to build a long-term career with this great company. This position can be Full or Part time and hours can be discussed at interview. The role: Producing tenancy agreements for new lettings Obtaining references, right to rent checks and registering deposits Producing marketing and advertising materials Uploading new properties to the company website and Rightmove portals Updating the company CRM with new applicants details Producing letters Working closely with the lettings team to provide admin support Dealing with ad hoc property management tasks Answering the telephone and responding to incoming emails The Requirements: Previous experience working within a Lettings/ Estate Ageny administration role would be beneficial High level of Written English IT proficient with experience using Microsoft Office Suite Strong organisational skills AST & licencing experience/ If you are interested in this Lettings Administrator position and would like to know more please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
