Job type: Permanent Location: Sunderland, SR1 Salary: £19,200 Per Annum based on working 37.5 hours a week. Shift pattern: Our Contact Centre is open 7 days a week from 5:30am to Midnight. We need people that can fully commit to shifts between these days and times. The Role As a Contact Centre Advisor at Ocado Group you will be the voice of our business. You will be speaking to our customers across multiple channels and we need you to deliver award-winning customer service to our new and existing customers.
