Mortgage Paraplanner / Junior Mortgage Broker - Oxford A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner / Administrator who has an interest in moving into mortgage broking. The position will be supporting / shadowing the Sales Manager / Senior Mortgage Broker from their City Centre based office in Oxford. You will be assisting with mortgage administration; preparation of client files; liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders etc. As you establish yourself within the role, you will have the opportunity to assist with providing mortgage advice, attending client meetings, completing fact finds etc. Applicants will need to be highly professional, being comfortable dealing with a wide range of clientele, including High Net Worth and UHNW individuals. This is a great career opportunity for someone with drive and enthusiasm. Responsibilities: Regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on applicant status and proactively progress mortgage applications through to offer. Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post Assisting Financial Consultants in preparation for client meetings. Researching products. Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience. Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service. A team player with ability to use own initiative. Ideally educated to degree level. CeMAP qualified desired Mortgage Administrator, mortgage processor, mortgage underwriter, PA, Personal Assistant, cemap, mortgage adviser, graduate, case owner, solicitors, lenders, packaging, packager, paraplanner
