Overview
We’re looking for experienced customer service individuals to work on either a temporary or temporary to permanent basis in Birkenhead (very good transport links - bus and train). You must have previous telephone based customer service experience, a good telephone manner and good computer skills. The office hours vary from 7am-11pm, Monday-Sunday and you will be working a standard 40 hour week (8 hours each day) over 5 days (including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota). You will be answering telephone calls from customers and therefore you must have a polite, friendly & helpful telephone manner. You will be taking information from customers, helping them with their queries and updating the computer system with the relevant information. Experience in objection handling, negotiation or dealing with complaints would be useful. Full training will be provided for this role. This is a full time position and the salary is £7.76 - £8.21 per hour. To apply, please send your CV.
