Overview

Warehouse First Line Manager Didcot c£30,000 Hours 6.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00 rotating pattern Previous supervisory/management experience within a FMCG warehouse is required coupled with a good understanding of a multi temperature environment and the related procedures and compliance. You will be responsible for a team of up to 30 warehouse personnel ensuring performance is achieved and service levels maintained. Therefore, you need to have the ability to make sound decisions especially with regards to error correction and have a strong team work and customer service focus. A good understanding of Health and Safety at work and the Food Safety Act is essential and HACCP and IOSH training advantageous.
