This role would be part of the Biofuels logistics team reporting to the Logistics Manager and work alongside the Trading and Plant Teams.The Biofuels business has successfully increased operations over recent years and is continuing to expand and grow. The ideal candidate would have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changes efficiently and also be dedicated to assist in improvements within the business To co-ordinate road tanker wagons into Greenergy Biofuels plants at both Immingham and Teesside sites. The role would involve the organisation of imports and some exports of products for both sites starting from the date of the trade until the point of discharge. The role would be the main point of logistics contact based at the Immingham site Principal Accountabilities § Compliance with QA, SHE Management Systems § Co-ordination of Immingham Plant Feedstock and co-product logistics § Work closely with traders and operators § Working with Accounts and RTFO § Work with the Plant Management and Plant Staff to maintain a full understanding of plant operating times, including production schedules and unplanned downtimes to cascade the information into the Plant SOP. § Work with external supply organisation to ensure timely nomination of vessels / trucks / in line with customer requirements and stock quality and quantity. Responsibilities: The position is in the logistics team based in Immingham. Travel around is a requirement of the role. (Such as to Teesside London, Manchester) Out of hrs laptop and phone will be required to manage information as and when required. Training and completion of courses as business develops is a necessity. The role covers UCO imports, Chemical imports and Co products exports plus any other products as required. Completes checking, recording and authorisation of demurrage and haulage invoices. Works with accounts and traders on product issues such as quality or low weights. Completes checking and issuing commercial Glycerine documents Update Greenergy Biofuels road tanker wagon product information into control sheets from Inter Terminal movement reports and all plants weight reports. Inputting of RTW weights and various accounting and production systems. Inputting data into Immingham Sales and Operations Plan. Setting up of control sheets for products as required communicating release numbers with suppliers. Sending release numbers for loads to Interterminals Teesside. Managing the TASCs system product inputs at Immingham Interterminals. Planning the weekly and daily schedule for imported and exported products at both sites. Amendments and movements as required each day/week. Planning for weeks/months ahead. Key Liaison between the logistics, lab, traders and operations teams. § Responsible for key logistics paperwork to be communicated to the plant accountant for stock movement recognition. Ensures all paperwork and logistics reports are present and correct. Stock and movement monitoring and reporting including emails and calls. Data collection as required such as demurrage times. Resolves all issues with imports and exports to the plants.
