We are the UK's largest off licence operator with a growing convenience offer under our fascias of Bargain Booze, Wine Rack, Select Convenience and Central Convenience across over 800 stores. We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and motivated retail professional to join our business as Store Manager of one of our Company owned Bargain Booze stores. As Store Manager you will lead your store team in ensuring the best possible customer experience whilst maximising profit and ensuring compliance in all legislative areas. With close links to our head office teams, you will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to new innovations and ways or working and take pride in being the ambassador for the Bargain Booze standards of practice. As the perfect candidate, you will have a passion for first class Store Standards, excellent Customer Service and experience in managing a retail/off licence store team. You will be target driven and will be able to lead your team with minimal supervision, constantly looking for ways to drive sales and ensure a fantastic customer experience.
