A prime focus on customer value and technical delivery has allowed this production company to build an impressive collection of venue relationships and they now require for someone with a strong operational, technical and team management experience to manage one of their prestigious sites in the role of AV Venue Manager The Role Based in London you will work closely with the onsite venue staff and range of corporate clients ensuring the best pro AV, audio and lighting solutions are delivered for the various event projects that are staged at the site. You will have the autonomy to expand the scope of each event by recommending additional solutions to build value for the client and grow revenue for the venue. Your people management skills will allow you to oversee, manage and assist technicians with the technical prep, setup up and operation of each event ensuring everything meets and exceeds client expectations. The success of this role is very much built around the confidence and trust you instill in clients and you will have ample opportunity to continually grow these relationships and be the driving force behind some great events. About You You come from a clear technical event production background and you can easily demonstrate a successful track record managing venues hosting a range of corporate events and functions. You have unshakable confidence in your operational, technical and people management abilities and you are the type of person who always looks to progress and develop their career.
