Support Worker

I am looking for support workers and senior support workers at a beautiful home just out side Chelmsford in 12 acres of beautiful countryside looking after young people with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties.(they even have their own pet pig) Support Worker Salary £19,500 - £20,500 40 hours per week Shift Patterns are as below 0830 - 14301430 - 2130 0830 - 2130 3 shifts on 4 shifts off or 4 shifts on 3 shifts off Requirements Experience within a support working role supporting Children with Learning Disabilities/Difficulties and Challenging Behaviours NVQ Level 3 Childcare or willing to work towards Aware of Safe Guarding and Policies and Procedures Senior Support Worker Salary £21,500 - £22,500 40 hours per week Shift Patterns are as below 0830 - 14301430 - 21300830 - 2130 3 shifts on 4 shifts off or 4 shifts on 3 shifts off Requirements Experience within a support working role supporting Children with Learning Disabilities/Difficulties and Challenging Behaviours NVQ Level 3 and 5 in Childcare or working towards Level 5 Aware of Safe Guarding and Policies and Procedures Both require clean DBS and currently drive.
