Overview
Rutherford Briant are looking to recruit an Audit Senior for a Top 20 accountancy firm based in Chelmsford. To help ensure that clients receive a quality service in all aspects. Responsibilities: Client audit assignments: in house preparation and attendance at client premises. Other duties include preparing accounts, and drafting tax computations. Leading of audits, Undertaking assigned tasks on client premises to agreed plan. Control of own assignment time within pre-determined budget. Professional liaison with client and/or client’s staff. Accounts finalisation, file completion and tax computations. Responsibility for other team members, required to assist new trainees, less experienced members in the team. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA Part Qualified or fully qualified and have experience 2 to 3 years of working on audits within public practice.
