Overview
Rutherford Briant are currently recruiting for a very exciting Audit Manager role within a Top Twenty Accountancy firm based in Reading. The company are looking for somebody who has experience at an Audit Manager level and is confident in working closely with clients and delivering excellent service within both small and large Audit teams. Responsibilities include: To manage a portfolio of clients within the companies' Manchester Office in a profitable manner; while also ensuring a high level of client service to help contribute to the development and success of the firm. To ensure the high quality of each assignment; this involves assisting with the internal and external quality assurance and assuring that each assignment is completed within the companies' and professional standards. To ensure that the job is completed within budget, and to discuss all materials points arising with the assignment partner and client immediately, particularly in relation to any anticipated overruns To liaise with the client throughout the year and to practise the principles of excellent client service at all times. The successful candidate will: Be ACCA or ACA Qualified - First or second time passes are preferred. Have previous experience in operating at a Manager level in a similar role. Proven experience in client handling and in producing high quality audits.
