The role Issue reminder letters/statements to clients. Chase outstanding payments via telephone/e-mail/letter. Issue and send copy invoices where required. Query resolution. Reconciliation. What you'll need to be successful Previous experience in a law firm is essential. Previous experience in credit control. Good Excel skills. Reliable and adaptable team player with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills.
