Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work within a prestigious Private Wealth Manager. The role is a Front of House possition to assist within the business. This position requires a detailed-oriented person who is professional and energetic. The candidate should enjoy working with many different areas of the organisation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive, can-do attitude; with reliability is a must. Main duties will include: Front of house duites: Ensuring that meeting rooms are adequately reset after use and that premises are maintained in order (ensuring that any aesthetic faults or cleanliness issues are addressed promptly). First port of call for cold callers and external parties that visit the premises. Screening and distributing incoming calls within the office. Arranging contractors for needed works, controlling access of contractors booked (plumbers, electricians, other) or external contractors, especially out of hours. To support colleagues at peak times and to undertake any operational duty which might be reasonably required, to assist the business. (e.g. printing & binding of a presentation, meeting scheduling, posting of mail items, etc.) Liaising with building management - relaying information related to the premises or the building to staff Coffee machine, water filter and gym room maintenance Holding key information on the original office fit-out project: interior designers and information related to past works, products, materials and subcontractors Assisting with new employee set-up if required (e.g. providing a tour of the office premises) Point of contact to all office contractors invoicing queries Organizing and monitoring of access fobs Office security alarm system - in progress Customer Experience: Food & drink supplies (ordering, receiving, arranging, etc.) Office décor (furniture, appliances, stationery, non-stationery office supplies, flowers) Front of House & cleaning team management (supervision, guidance, performance reviews Organising gifts for clients and consultants Ordering branded items such as notepads, folders, umbrellas, business cards for the Group
