Payroll Manager job in High Wycombe offering a competitive salary - 4 days a week Your new company You will be working for a growing and well known local company as a Payroll Manager - 4 days a week. Your new role You will be working as a payroll manager, managing a medium size payroll team and helping manage the pension function. You will be overseeing the day to day payroll function, keeping up to date with all the payroll and pension regulations and improving the systems and processes to allow for a more efficient payroll system. This is a busy and demanding role, with the company taking on additional companies, which you will implement, as well as managing the over all process for the start to finish process for almost 2000 employees. What you'll need to succeed You will have worked in a managerial position previously, be confident with systems and improving their efficiency, as well as confident on excel. You will enjoy managing a team, want your team to thrive, and be able to make a difference to the company. You will be confident, have strong communications skills, be adaptable to change and be resilient.
