Overview
This is a generalist role working for a unionised manufacturing business in Middleton as their HR Advisor on a 6 month contract to permanent basis. Client Details Manufacturing business Unionised Middleton location Description This is an office based generalist HR role whereby you will operate as part of a team of 3 working relatively autonomously whilst the Business Partner covers multiple sites. You will be responsible for all HR generalist duties to include end to end recruitment, training and learning and development, policy and procedure work, HR project work, ER, engagement and reward and benefits. This is a 6 month contract to permanent role Profile QBE or CIPD Ideally manufacturing and unionised experience, but this is not essential MUST be available to start at short notice Must have operated at Advisor level in a generalist role Job Offer interim 6 month contract to permanent salary up to £35,000
