They are looking for a Workshop Team Leader to manage and take responsibility for the day to day output of the manufacturing processes; 1. Leading and organising the manufacturing team to meet key deliverables and production plan 2. Managing the prototype team in the build and fabrication of products 3. Maintaining production documentation and ensuring team adhere to health and safety 4. Work with team to drive continuous improvement culture Essential Skills and Experience · Mechanical assemble experience in a production environment · Worked as a team leader previously · Experience working in a hands on role with supervisory requirements · TIG welding, specifically stainless steel, to fine limits Salary: Negotiable and dependant on skills and experience
