Job description: Production Manager Responsible and accountable for delivering a high standard of manufacturing demonstrating performance against plan and analysis of performance where this deviates from the target. Through analysis of area Performance Data, identify performance gaps, trends and improvement opportunities and communicate internally using visual management standards in the areas and internally to site management team. Roles and responsibilities: Production Manager Establish performance targets in People, Quality, Service and Waste that deliver against the operations strategy.
