Overview
Python Developer / Backend Software Engineer (Python AWS). Would you like to complex and interesting systems within a diverse, supportive environment whilst gaining valuable knowledge of the financial sector? You could be joining a growing FinTech Scale Up that are developing a SAAS solution that allows people to feel more comfortable at work The product has been engineered from the ground up as a Cloud Native, microservice API architecture platform. As a Python Developer you will design, develop and implement scalable, performant microservices; write automated tests and work with Product Managers across the business to translate customer requirements into trackable tickets. You'll be working with other engineering teams to ensure that features are added in a structured and coherent manner. You'll be working in a technology driven environment with regular tech talks and will have your voice heard on suggestions for improvements and the introduction of new technologies. Requirements: Degree educated, 2.1 or above; Computer Science or similar technical / mathematical discipline from a top tier university Strong serverside software development experience with Python Experience of developing automated tests as part of the development lifecycle Keen to work with clients to scope requirements and define deliverables Collaborative with good communication skills As a Python Developer / Backend Software Engineer you will earn a competitive salary (to £100k) plus benefits.
