Overview

Experienced Customer Care Consultants required to provide an excellent customer service experience working for a Global skincare and beauty Brand Candidate requirements - • You will need experience on emails, live chat, phone calls to consumers. (B2C) and be able to resolve queries, quickly, efficiently and in a friendly, professional manner • The successful candidates must be able to own their roles and look for improvements and processes. Given the current circumstances, it will be remote working for now, so candidates who are trustworthy, autonomous and used to this set up • Candidates who are techsavvy in terms of technical experience - ideal if you have Oracle experience. • Experience using shopify or magento or salesforce. • Beauty customer care ideal - or must be passionate about Beauty Working hours Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm The company offer a guaranteed bonus with excelleny company benefits - This role is an immediate start (ideally mid April)
