Role - Scientific Support Officer Location - Cambridge Length – Permanent Salary - £30,000 to £32,000 DOE Do you want the chance to join an internationally renowned, market leading business with ability to directly affect positive change the customer? As a Scientific Support Officer you will be an integral part of the support team utilising your research experience to provide technical scientific support from an international customer base. If successful the roles and responsibilities will include, Liase and first contact support via telephone and email Advised and troubleshoot customer problems with antibody-related applications and antibody based products Complaint handling and problem solving, balanced with commercial needs Carry out improvements on customer feedback to improve services and offer products/process advice when required The successful person will require, Qualified to MSc or above in a life science related field A strong background of practical research within a laboratory using antibodies Experience in at least two antibody related applications including western blot or immunochemistry (IHC) This vacancy will not be available for long and ideal for somebody who can hit the ground running, if you are interested and your experiences match the above do not hesitate to apply now.
