Job Description Primary Role Primary Responsibilities Post installation support (telephone, email and remote) To attend project hand-overs and resulting on-site pre-project analysis visits To provide product support for Sage software and associated products To install Sage and Sage-related software Specific Products (Training available if required) Sage X3 ERP software Update and action continuous improvement actions Secondary Responsibilities Project Management Business Process Documentation SQL Server (administration, query generation & scripting) Delivery of training sessions to end-users (1-1 rather than classroom) Sage software bespoke development Skills Required Good communication skills Enthusiasm Good arithmetic Good organisational skills Confidence IT literate Ability to learn quickly Benefits Bonus scheme 28 days holiday Career progression opportunities Free health-care Free snacks and drinks provided We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
