We've found our Product-Market fit and we're now on the hunt for the right candidate to join us as our first ever Product Operations Manager. This role will be instrumental in scaling the product to fit our ambitious global growth plans. Reporting to our CEO as well as the CTO and Senior Development Team, the Product Operations Manager will be working closely with the Senior team and internal product team to enhance and develop our platform. You'll help translate user journeys into shippable products, find ways to optimise our Customer Experience and play a big role transforming Filed into a next-generation SaaS product - imbued with leading-edge technologies. Role: Lead multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver and continuously improve services that meet user needs and solve problems. Experience of the product lifecycle, including Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live Improve product management capability Manage the development from technical specification through to shipping features Manage the Product Roadmap and ensure our developers stick to agreed prioritisations Manage the resolution and deployment of bug fixes Communicate risks to the strategic and product plan, potential milestones and recent releases to leadership Work closely with our developers in London and our main Development office in Bucharest to perform quality checks on the code and information architecture Run our Sprint planning meetings and help prioritise the backlog Oversees the UAT process and sets requirements for accepting new features and releases Maintain the Application Lifecycle and ensure proper deployment practices Requirements: Masters in STEM or Business/Management degree (or recognised regional equivalent) Prior operations or project management experience in UK-based digital technology startup Worked with design and engineering teams to define and ship features for digital products (preferably in a SaaS environment) Demonstrable experience of strong communication skills, particularly defining/explaining technical requirements for digital products with key stakeholders Prior experience deploying and maintaining industry standards in compliance, such as the ISO series Experience working and communicating with senior/C-level stakeholders Desirable: Experience in the AWS or Similar Cloud based architecture Previous experience with data products with SQL and NoSQL backends Coding experience would also be a plus (though it's not part of the job) Why choose us?
