Overview
Our client is looking to recruit a welcome host to work on the Twighlight Shift of this Luxury Private Healthcare Clinic The working hours are - 7pm - 7am, working 4 nights on, 4 nights off - 48 hours per week (Mon-Sunday 5/7) Due to the nature of the role DBS checks and employment vetting will be undertaken before temporary or permanent employment commences. Job description: Meeting and greeting guests and employees Ensuring guest requests and inquiries are handled accordingly with the highest guest satisfaction and expectations. Helping the receptionist to sign in guests when required including: Dealing with requests promptly in a polite and professional manner Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Communicating any maintenance issues Hosting guests to rooms Arranging light snacks and resfreshments The perfect candidate is someone who has: Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess in 5 environment Excellent communication skills Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift Commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Ability to connect with different personalities and have empathy Ability to easily memorise names and recognise individuals’ particulars Ability to provide services to the highest specification within a Healthcare Environment Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations Well spoken, compassionate, well looked-after Passion to deliver excellent customer service always going above and beyond This is a unique role and we are looking someone whose got real people skills and who really is out there to make the best first impression.
