Overview
Do you have great customer service skills and a clear concise telephone manner? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for an experienced customer service coordinator to work in a small friendly office in Guildford, the role is for 12 weeks. What you will do: Answer phone calls and speak to customers Check online orders and enter onto the computer system Arrange and schedule deliveries, collection, service and test times Update computer database Liaise with other departments Deal with customers queries and escalate issues when necessary About you: You will have experience providing telephone-based customer service You will have a friendly but professional telephone manner You must be used to working in a fast-paced environment and be happy working to deadlines You will be IT literate with good administrative skills The working hours are Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700. The pay rate is £9 p/h.
