This company are a specialist in Biomass energy and clean energy services. In this role you will gain experience in every department within the business with a view to you gaining full understanding of the biomass operation. Once you have gained the necessary skills and experience you will progress into an operations management role and then into the plant manager role. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have a hands on engineering background in either mechanical, electrical or chemical. You must have a thirst for knowledge and want to progress into an operations manager role. Candidates from the Navy are encourages to apply. This is a great role for an engineer to join a business who will invest heavily into your development enabling you to become a highly skills operations manager. The Role: Progression into operations management. Work in each department within the business to gain a full understanding of how it works. Work on health and safety initiatives. Work on continuous improvement projects. Start off in a hands on maintenance engineering role. Relocation assistance available. The Person: Candidate will ideally have a degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering. Have a good hands on engineering background. Want progression into operations management.
