To be considered for the role of Learner Mentor, our client is looking for you to have some IT Apprenticeships delivery experience. As the Data Analyst Learner Mentor supporting learners to gain their Level 3 data analyst qualification. The primary role of a Data Analyst is to collect, organise and study data to provide business insight. Data analysts are typically involved with managing, cleansing, abstracting and aggregating data, and conducting a range of analytical studies on that data. They work across a variety of projects, providing technical data solutions to a range of stakeholders/customers issues. They document and report the results of data analysis activities making recommendations to improve business performance. They have a good understanding of data structures, database systems and procedures and the range of analytical tools used to undertake a range of different types of analyses. Its your role as the learners' mentor to help them through their qualification and become the best Data Analyst they can. It will be your job to create, strengthen and own relationships with Employers and Apprentices. Manage the progression of a caseload of 40-50 Apprentices. Take overall responsibility for each Apprentice’s journey, providing pastoral care, ensure apprentices are efficiently signposted to the resources they need for success. Provide 1st level functional skills support and co-ordinate 2nd/3rd level help. Organise infill training to support the courses attended by each Apprentice. Ensure that each Apprentice has a record that is accurate and funding compliant. Meet KPIs, including; success and timely success measures.
