Procurement Administrator | Full-time | Temporary | On-going | Doncaster | £19,000 Your new company You will be working in the Head Offices for a multi-national organisation and will be based on the outskirts of Doncaster within a modern office environment. Your new role You will be provide support to the supply chain function by assisting buyers with administrative tasks; Monitor a busy inbox day to accurately take in orders Process purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics Navision Keep a track of figures with the use of an Excel spreadsheet Assist with sourcing in order to find the most cost effective suppliers to purchase from Answer all incoming calls for the team, answering queries where possible or passing through to the correct team member Constant contact with suppliers via telephone and email will be necessary to support you in this role. . What you'll need to succeed You must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to process data accurately in a timely manner. Full competency with the MS Office package is essential and previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision is desired.
