Overview
Title: Production Planning Manager Do you have managerial experience in a production/manufacturing environment? Do you have an Engineering Qualification? Production Planning Manager required around Luton Salary upto £48,000 Location: around Luton The role is to ensure the relevant infrastructure exists within the Luton Aviation Winding and Aeromedic workshops to produce quality product in line with production schedules, whilst maintaining rigorous compliance with all industry standard regulations. The role will be directly responsible for the AWBU and AMBU workshop team leaders and supervisors. The Role of Production Planning Manager Deliver against business objectives and production schedules whilst insuring product standards and level of customer service exceeds customer expectation. Manage local resource to ensure problem solving and cost reduction targets are met. Promote and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement and delivery of identified projects and initiatives. Manage budget expenditure. Recruit, select, train, motivate and performance manage staff; promote employee development and encourage progression planning What are the key (minimum) requirements for a successful Production Planning Manager application?
