Overview
We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Developer with experience as a full stack software developer, designing and building detailed solutions using a variety of software platforms. Our client, a reputable services organisation is seeking a motivated individual to provide application development, consultancy, testing, documentation and support of a wide range of new and amended software solutions and services. The role will suit somebody who is experienced with providing 3rd level support services in relation to both in house and externally developed applications, along with providing support, guidance and mentoring to team members. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kidlington with flexible working options and we are looking for candidates who can evidence the following skills. Experience as a full stack software developer. Experience of C# and Dynamics 365 on-premise CRM are essential. Experience with a variety of the following software platforms, technologies and languages: Azure IaaS/PaaS, IIS, .NET, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, SQL, T-SQL, SharePoint. Expert in the technical delivery of solutions during the software development lifecycle. Experienced and has a proven track record in coaching and mentoring developers. Proficient in database software e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL. Proficient in structured reviews methods and techniques. Culturally we are looking for a personable individual with a proven ability to translate and communicate technical and business requirements.
