Overview
Your new company Your new company will be a fast growing, established Chartered Accountancy firm based in the heart of London. They offer services in a variety of sectors including; corporate finance, audit and assurance, forensic accounting and many more. They work with a wide and diverse range of clients from different industries including; property, technology and lots more. Your new role Your new role will be 70% Audit and 30% Accounts, this will include forensic accounting and corporate finance. You will be in charge of your own portfolio of clients that you will manage and liaise with, alongside being their first point of contact. You will be required to assist and manage a team of juniors and part-qualified accountants. Duties will include but not limited to: Planning, finalising and reviewing audits, which comply to the relevant accounting standards Reviewing UK corporation tax returns Working alongside audit partners to complete relevant work within forensic accounting and corporate finance Upholding the highest standard of service to clients, and ensuring that all work is completed to an exceptional level What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, ideally you will be a newly-qualified ACA Chartered Accountant. It is desirable that you will have strong external audit experience, with strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS. Ideally you will have excellent knowledge of FRS 102 and the Caseware and Alphatax software packages. It will be a bonus if you have any knowledge of large consolidations.
