Overview
Would you like to join one of London’s leading firms of accountants as their leading Audit Supervisor? Roland White is now supporting a reputable established firm of accountants with their search for a new leading Supervisor for their audit team. The firm have continued to expand and so are now looking for an ambitious individual to join their team in their London office in order to directly oversee and manage the firms high level assignments. Working directly with the teams senior managers, this opportunity offers the chance to progress quickly to Assistant Manager level and beyond, as well as further opportunities to learn via continued training. For example this role offers the chance to undertake corporate finance and forensic work. The firm also has a supportive and inclusive culture that is highly sociable and work-life balance is important. This is a new important hire for the firm and some of the key duties are listed below; Key Responsibilities Be involved in all stages of the audit process from planning to completion, managing and reviewing the process throughout. Review files and tax returns prepared by the team prior to final partner review. Undertake assignments alongside partners on ad hoc assignments. Be actively involved in business development and networking, taking an active role in the preparation of tenders for new business. Train, mentor and appraise junior audit team members during and after engagements. You Recently ACA or ACCA Qualified, ideally with first time passes. Up to date knowledge of various tax regulations and international reporting standards. Prior experience on audit assignments of small and medium enterprises. Have prior experience of managing your own clients as well as coaching / delegating work to more junior colleagues. Knowledge of Caseware and Alphatax would also be beneficial. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong recently qualified professional with experience across Audit and Accounts to join this leading firm in a role with quick progression to Assistant Manager level.
