Overview

Do you want to work as a Pre Construction Administrator on multiple projects to gain key experience within the construction field? A large sub contractor who specialises in demolition and frame works within the construction sector is working on the HS2 Enabling and Main works. The Pre Construction Admin role will be working in the BID team at the tendering stage of the project, in which your role with progress with the projects as it develops. You will be helping out with the runnings of the beginnings of the project to ensure the tender and delivery. This is a permanent role based in East London. The salary is £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. Construction and pre construction admin experience is necessary. Benefits: To work for a large sub contractor Work on a huge, nation wide civils and rail project Able to gain new experience Ability to grow and develop skills within a Work on one of the largest rail projects to dated Opportunity to learn and develop new skills A friendly team Responsibilities: Manage documentation Making sure contractors have the right documents to go on site Gathering the right documentation for the Bidding of project Providing documents to understand the tender Producing and collating why this sub contractor should win the tender Compliance for staff on site Monitor and update documentation Manage registers Check data Ad Hoc Answering calls The ideal candidate will have: Construction and pre construction admin experience Excellent communication skills Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail Understanding of highway maintenance This sub contractor is looking for a junior administrator you wants to progress in there role and is motivated by their career.
