Overview
To assist our clients production department by coordinating production workflow for multiple projects. To undertake the planning and organising of production schedules. assessing project and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating and agreeing timescales with managers. Determine the duration of the project Advise management of the human and material resources required to meet production targets Liaising with management, department heads and supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates Produce a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date Maintain the production schedule ensuring that this is always up to date and all information is accurate, clearly indicating any variances that affect the outcome of the project. Monitors the project's progress to ensure it is following the schedule Prepare and maintain production reports Reporting any deviations from the schedule to the management and implementing actions to recover lost times Involving all the appropriate departments in discussions relating to the production status by continually monitoring the production process with regards to the progress to anticipate and avoid delays. Advise and make recommendations Management in relation to the selection of the best and most cost-effective production methods Work closely with other departments especially Sales, Design and Service, to build a relationship that assists efficiency in the successful implementation of projects. Report regularly to Senior Management the progress of the project and any other related information as appropriate. To undertake any other task/s within your own capacity that may be requested by the management from time to time. Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year dependant on experience, knowledge and qualifications
