This company are best known in their sector for challenging the norms and setting the standard They offer amazing career opportunities for those looking to carve out a serious career in facilities management Description The key responsibilities for the Facilities Administrator will be as follows: Sending out engineers to call outs and communicating updates to the client Work within set SLA’s Raising quotes and purchase orders Planning engineer’s jobs for the following day Booking subcontractors and providing confirmation of their attendance to site Ordering any necessary parts for works Profile The successful candidate will have the following skill set: Previous experience dealing with sub contractors (can be from any industry). Must have experience with Purchase Orders Experience using different systems/job portals (i.e. someone comfortable learning new systems). An accountable personality who enjoys juggling multiple tasks. Strong administration and communication skills.
