Overview
Two new varied roles in central Banbury and Chipping Norton for highly accurate and thorough Office Administrators on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role The purpose of the job will be to provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to the business. Who are they looking for? The Office Administrator must have an approachable and personable manner, with a real can-do attitude. Key Roles & Responsibilities Preparing correspondence and advertising copy Overseeing day to day running of office Updating and processing paperwork Answering the telephone and liaising with clients Assist the manager in basic financial administration, such as weekly statistical reports and invoices Responding to emails, handling incoming and outgoing mail Skills & Experience Previous office-based, administrative experience (2-3 years) Excellent written English skills First rate communicator Solid MS Office skills Friendly telephone manner Capable working to deadlines and prioritising workload Previous Estate Agency background desirable but not essential A lovely varied role for someone with a solid, administrative grounding. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:45 - 18:00 and Saturdays 8:45 - 16:00, pension and bonus schemes. A great opportunity to join a family run business.
