Overview

Customer Service Executive £24,000 – £28,000 City THE COMPANY: Our client is an entrepreneurial investment firm with offices based in the City. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join the team on a permanent basis within the Customer Services team. THE ROLE: - Build relationships and trust with customers - Resolve all incoming queries via telephone, email, post and social media - Liaise with internal departments in order to resolve customer queries - Log all customer interactions, gathering feedback in order to improve services - Maintain product and industry knowledge in order to support customer queries THE PERSON: - Must have previous experience working in Customer Services in a professional environment - Must be a team player as well as able to work on own initiative - Strong and accurate attention to detail - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels - Outstanding organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise own workload What’s in it for you?
