We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in the East Anglia region. Our Operations Managers have responsibility for 5-7 homes (circa 400 beds) with an annual turnover of £15M and EBITDA responsibility of circa £6M. You will report into the Regional Director of Operations. You must be able to maintain high standards of care throughout all these services, develop the reputation of these homes with all stakeholders, and be able to inspire, lead and motivate your teams. The Candidate: We are looking for an exceptional candidate who must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of multi-site operational management of at least five years in the care home sector, including budgetary control, and have great leadership skills and inspiring attributes. You must have a very in-depth knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulations with the ability of achieving and maintaining a Good CQC rating in our established homes as well as the necessary skills and knowledge for the commissioning of new projects from inception to maturity. Experience as an Operations Manager working within Dementia and Elder Care is essential for this role. You must be passionate about providing high quality person-centred care and be dynamic and driven individuals who have clear ambition to develop Benefits For this role there is a very attractive remuneration package which includes bonuses, private medical cover, and car allowance.
