JOB TITLE : Graduate Training Scheme - Graduate Financial Executive. OVERVIEW OF ROLE: An exciting opportunity for a graduate to join a professional wealth management firm offering support to train, progress and excel in the workplace. TRAINING: Full training given, professional qualifications CIIROI examination PURPOSE OF ROLE: To provide a personal and professional advice service to their clients To provide specialist advice around retirement and inheritance tax planning Holistic Cash-flow modelling Ongoing review of client investments to make sure they remain suitable KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work towards the CIIRO1 examination Learn and understand financial products and how they work for clients Learn and assist with the company’s remuneration system to reconcile client fees Learn how to prepare and complete client reviews Learn how to prepare and process of all aspects of new business Maintenance of client and portfolio records on the platforms and back office system Meet and greet all visitors/clients Managing incoming telephone enquiries Sorting daily post, scanning and recording data Processing letters of authority General support in the office PERSON SPECIFICATION: Degree - ideally relevant to the sector/role An interest in financial services and financial markets Good verbal and written skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Outlook, word, excel) able to type and key data swiftly and accurately Full driving licence and own transport Experience within a similar role within financial services preferred Preferably a good working knowledge of the Elevate, Old Mutual and Aviva platforms and Xplan Highly organised and good attention to detail Can work on their own as well as in a team HOURS OF WORK : Mon -Fri9am-5pm- 1 hour lunch SALARY: 20-22k HOLIDAY : 23 days plus bank holidays. BENEFITS : Pension. Support to work towards the CIIRO1 examination.
