The role of the Legal Operations teams is to support the practice in serving clients and delivering the firm's strategy. Background to the role Clients are placing increasing emphasis on efficiency and value for money. Our LegalTech team leverages market leading external and internally hosted technology tools to help increase client value and further enhance client experiences. In 2017, Linklaters became the first law firm ever to win both the Asia and Europe 'Most Innovative Law Firm’ category in the same year at the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards. Purpose To support with the successful implementation and delivery of Transaction Delivery Tools ("LegalTech solutions" or "products") Ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, on time and to the ultimate client’s satisfaction. To deliver optimal client and commercial benefit in line with the Firm’s efficiency drive Product Management Understanding practice needs and critical pain points Help complete reporting and analysis to determine the success of the products Ensure products are successfully implemented / rolled out by engaging and managing relevant teams involved To actively use and market the products on matters to deliver efficiencies Regularly monitor and review product performance and obtain regular feedback from end users on experience and key metrics Establish and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, such as the practice, technology etc. Consultant To provide specialist advice on LegalTech solutions, including integrated delivery options Identify development opportunities and advise on effective delivery and implementation methods Work with external providers to deliver and sustain enhanced end-to-end customer experience Conduct training/presentations to the Practice, and it’s clients, on how to use the products Training / role development Seek out and attend training and development opportunities under guidance of line manager Set and work towards stretch development objectives Best Practice Adhere to LegalTech processes and procedures, with a view to continuous improvement and best practice Discuss any challenges / issues and innovate to identify solutions and ways of working Engage the Practice proactively to identify opportunities to improve service Characteristics, Skills & Experience Character Confident and sensitive style Good listener with strong action orientation skills.
