BDC Manager - Braintree Salary: 25,000 Commission Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays morning 8am - 1pm. The Company Our established client is one of the oldest run family car and commercial vehicle dealerships in the UK. The Role They are looking for a BDC Manager/Supervisor to manage a Team of Call Centre operatives in their telemarketing department in the Dealership. Role Responsibilities: The department is set up to make outbound phone calls to potential customers, as well as handle inbound calls for service/sales appointments. They are looking for someone to help and advise the right way to handle the calls to make the department run smoothly, efficiently and productively. Essential Skills Requirements: Ideally the candidate would have experience in the role but may consider someone who is a Senior Service Advisor or have a telesales background.
