Overview

This is a position with an established IT company providing a comprehensive range of workforce management solutions to the manned guarding and facilities management sectors. Their office is commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Redditch, Droitwich and Kidderminster. They are looking for a driven individual to join their growing team in a Sales Executive role. On a daily basis, the chosen candidate can expect to deal with multiple scenarios including current customer accounts, new business sales, marketing and team meetings. This varied national role is largely office based but potentially involves travel to all parts of the UK. Therefore, a full UK driving licence is necessary. You will: - Be the lead point of contact for matters relating to a group of existing customers - Build and maintain effective long-term customer relationships - Develop trusted advisor status with key executives and stakeholders - Manage prospects and existing accounts to identify opportunities - Maintain an active lead generation plan - Successfully influence and negotiate to drive results - Ensure potential customers are aware of current deals and promotions - Ensure that customer requirements are fed into the product development cycle - Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery - Develop new business - Contribute to the company's sales and marketing activities Experience required: - A minimum of three years of B2B sales experience or account management - Likely to be educated to at least degree level or equivalent - A demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the client organisation - Ability to write/proofread electronic communications resulting in no mistakes Basic Salary £21,000 to £25,000.
