Overview

Warehouse Team Leader £18,500 per annum Sunday to Thursday 37.5 hours per week Sunday 10am to 6pm, Mon-Thu 8.30am to 5pm or 11.30am to 8pm rotating. Wythenshawe The Candidate Your skills, experiences and attributes will include - Must be willing to work in a hands-on capacity. - Strong experience within a pick / pack warehouse would be ideal. - Any previous experience as a team leader / supervisor would be ideal. - E-Commerce / Online experience would be highly beneficial. - Counterbalance experience would be ideal but not essential. - Good computer, communication and organisational skills. - Exposure to WMS / handheld scanners. - Competent user of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word. - Logical and analytical approach to problem solving. - Flexible to working requirements and match the demands and pace of the role. - Previous ecommerce/retail experienced preferred The Role Your duties will include - Provide leadership of a small fulfilment team by organising workloads and setting good working standards. - Adhering to individual and team targets based on customer SLA's. - Liaise with all levels of management and third parties on a daily basis. - Management of daily outbound delivery schedules ensuring deadlines are met. - Management of customer returns received back into warehouse. - Handling of customer orders and any ad-hoc requirements from the customer service team. - Investigation and logging of inventory discrepancies identified during pick/pack. - Management of fulfilment stock such as labels and packaging. - Ensure compliance with health, safety and security procedures and practices.
