Overview
Technical Operations Manager with a strong payments background sought after by a well-funded scaleup FinTech in central London. The company is becoming trailblazers within the Open Banking realm by revolutionising the finance sector with a groundbreaking platform which allows financial enterprises to connect effortlessly to Banks to retrieve data and initiate payments faster. After raising sizeable funding, they are now looking for an experienced Operations Manager with solid payment experience to create and manage a new payment services function. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play an integral part in growing the operations function for this rapidly expanding FinTech. The role will see you taking full ownership of the company's gateway operations to ensure smooth running whilst developing a new strategy to grow the service delivery function. You will also play an important role in building relationships with key contacts in various environments to become an internal voice for any service-related issues and keep the end-users up-to-date on new features. To be successful for this position you will ideally have experience working in a payments or FinTech environment implementing new practices to improve delivery functions. Nice to have for this position would be API experience working closely with technical teams.
