A CASUALTY SOLICITOR opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner at a leading international insurance Firm's GLASGOW office. This is a superb opportunity to join a fast growing team and work on a diverse range of injury matters. Key criteria: Experienced Paralegal/FILEX/Solicitor. Demonstrable experience of running own litigated caseload. Experience of handling Employers Liability and Public Liability claims. Solid knowledge of the CPR, processes and procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Solid IT skills. Commercial awareness and application to file handling. Experience of supervising/coaching junior members of staff is desirable.
