Overview

Reed Social Care are currently working with Darlington Council to find multiple Social Workers with prior experience in Adult's Services to join the authority's Complex Assessment service. This service includes multiple teams including the Transformation and Single Point of Access teams. Some duties for this service are: Transformation - Completion of strength-based assessments and reviews - Work in coordination with Occupational Therapists to promote independence - Allocate financial budgets according to the needs of service users Single Point of Access - Obtain information surrounding a case - Signpost to appropriate services Applicants must have a qualification in Social Work to degree level or equivalent (e.g BSc, BA, MA, CQSW, DipSW) and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
