Benefits: Weekly pay Control your shift pattern Excellent pay rates Fast track registration Local interviews Job Role: As an Support Worker your role will be to empower service users to achieve their goals and maximise their independence. You will work with service users from all walks of life, with a broad range of abilities and complex needs. Assisting service users with general daily tasks such as shopping, attending appointments / day trips, administering medication when required and preparing meals. Requirements of Healthcare Assistants: NVQ level 2/3 diploma in Health and Social Care as a minimum Excellent communication skills Current DBS (on update service or willing to apply for a new certificate) Proof of your right to live and work in the UK Have a caring and respectful nature - passionate about care quality Our ideal candidate for this role job: Previous experience with mental health, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities is desirable Preferably lives in the area of Birmingham Reliability to work shifts that are accepted Has Mapa Training Compassion, resilience and a dedication to empower and support service user independence Having Flexibility is desired If you are interested in this role please call Shauna at PeopleLine Healthcare on 0121 663 0955 Disclaimer This position will involve supporting adult/young adults service users.
